| use | allyl trimethyl ammonium chloride can be used to produce amphoteric water treatment scale inhibitor and dispersant, drilling fluid viscosity reducer and water treatment flocculant, etc. This product can be directly used as a clay stabilizer for oil production and water injection. It has better effect when used with ammonium chloride. It can also be used in drilling fluid, but the addition amount cannot exceed 0.3%. |
| production method | (1) 33.0% trimethylamine 178kg and allyl chloride 76.5kg are added to the reaction kettle by aqueous solution method and reacted at normal temperature for 48h. After the reaction time is reached, the unreacted raw materials are evaporated under reduced pressure to obtain an aqueous solution of allyl trimethyl ammonium chloride. After further reduced pressure distillation and concentration, cooling and crystallization can obtain allyl trimethyl ammonium chloride crystal. (2) Add 76.5kg of allyl chloride and 300kg of acetone into the reaction kettle by solvent method, and then pass in trimethylamine gas (obtained by heating 190kg of 33% trimethylamine aqueous solution). During the reaction, the temperature of the control system is less than 40 ℃. When the passing amount of trimethylamine gas reaches, the reaction is carried out at 40-45 ℃ for 4-6h. After the reaction time is reached, the product is cooled to below 20°C, and allyl trimethyl ammonium chloride crystals are obtained by centrifugation, and the obtained mother liquor is recycled. |
